Yes, as long as you have the right to allow HorrorStoryArchive to publish the story.
Could a narrator discover my story?
Yes. One of the goals of the archive is to make good horror easier for narrators and other creators to discover. Any narration or other use of your story would still require the appropriate permission.
Can I submit multiple stories?
Absolutely. If you have multiple stories that fit the archive, you're welcome to submit them.
